Cleaning the Interior Chamber
- Debris Removal: Use a vacuum or a soft brush to remove any loose particles or dust from the bottom of the chamber.
- Wiping the Walls: Use a lint-free cloth dampened with a mild, non-corrosive detergent or a specialized stainless steel cleaner.
- Avoid Abrasives: Do not use steel wool or abrasive pads, as these can scratch the air-tight interior wall welds and compromise the cleanroom standards.
- Cleaning the Fan: Ensure the sirocco fan area is free of any obstructions or dust buildup to maintain consistent air circulation.
